This is a really easy recipe I have in my recipe book from my mom. Its pretty straight forward and it’s delicious.
1 lb. cooked spaghetti
16 oz. Sour Cream
16 oz. Spaghetti Sauce with our without meat
Garlic salt to taste
Chives to taste
1 cup Cheddar Cheese
In a 9×13 buttered pan, place cooked spaghetti.
Sprinkle spices, then layer sour cream, then sauce, then cheese.
Warm on 350 until cheese melts and casserole is warm.
It’s just a delicious, easy casserole for a little bit of a different twist on spaghetti. I used more than the called for 16 oz. of spaghetti sauce because I like mine to be more saucy. But you can pretty much do that however you like it. We had green beans and applesauce with ours and then it makes plenty so the second night we had corn and applesauce with it!
